Under the agreement, SAEED will adopt “Win”, the UAE’s digital postal service, as a secure platform for official correspondence between investors and both government and private entities. This initiative aims to improve the investor experience, ensuring efficient communication and rapid transaction completion.
The agreement reflects both parties’ commitment to advancing digital transformation and developing Sharjah’s commercial services ecosystem by connecting NXN’s comprehensive services with the support network for investors and entrepreneurs in the Emirate.
NXN will provide a range of innovative solutions, including:
Wasla services: Logistics support for small and medium enterprises in managing shipments and deliveries.
Smart Places: A platform enabling businesses to appear across digital platforms and applications.
Postal packages: Flexible, integrated solutions for domestic and international shipping and delivery.
The agreement was signed during NXN’s participation as a principal logistics sponsor at the Sharjah Investment Forum 2025, held alongside the inaugural Global Investment Conference hosted by Sharjah. Organised by the Sharjah Foreign Direct Investment Office (Invest in Sharjah) in collaboration with the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA) and the UAE Ministry of Investment, the event featured more than 130 international speakers, over 160 activities, and attendance exceeding 10,000 participants from around the world.
Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, General Manager of NXN, said: "This partnership reflects our vision to support economic development through a national logistics infrastructure linking the UAE’s emirates and serving the business and investment community efficiently and reliably. The agreement with SAID represents a practical model for cross-sector integration, supporting national efforts to accelerate digital transformation and enable investments within a smart, connected business environment. NXN continues its pivotal role as a unified platform translating the nation’s goals of building a fully integrated digital economic ecosystem, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global hub for modern trade and logistics services."

By linking our advisory services with NXN’s advanced logistics and smart technology platforms, we take an important step towards empowering entrepreneurs and investors to develop and expand their businesses more efficiently."
This partnership represents Sharjah’s journey towards sustainable investment and a fully integrated digital business environment.
