SP unveils cutting-edge digital solutions at GITEX 2025

Sharjah 24: Demonstrating its commitment to harnessing modern technology in service of humanity and societal well-being, the Sharjah Police General Command is participating in GITEX Global 2025 as part of the Sharjah Government Pavilion. Held under the theme “Human-Centered Technological Integration” from October 13 to 17, the pavilion underscores Sharjah’s vision of building a fully integrated digital ecosystem.

As part of its showcase, Sharjah Police is presenting two forward-thinking digital experiences:

The Aftercare Watch – A groundbreaking technological solution designed to support recovering addicts. The device enables real-time monitoring of vital signs while connecting users to healthcare and social service providers. This initiative promotes sustainable recovery through early intervention and continuous support, reinforcing collaboration between the security and healthcare sectors, and enhancing overall community safety.
The Mawasat Journey – Participating alongside 13 other government entities, Sharjah Police contributes to this unified digital service that streamlines post-death procedures. The initiative simplifies administrative processes and provides humanitarian and social support to bereaved families, easing their burden through a seamless, integrated system that saves time and effort.

Sharjah Police emphasised that both initiatives embody its innovative approach to security and community engagement. By aligning with broader government efforts to enhance public services, the force reaffirms its commitment to smart, integrated governance—strengthening Sharjah’s position as a pioneer in delivering impactful, human-centered digital services.
