A high-level session led by Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi will explore strategies to support economic growth and resilience amid geopolitical tensions, financial fluctuations, and climate disruptions. The forum’s opening will include His Excellency Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi and Her Excellency Dr Amna bint Abdullah Al Dahak, who will discuss UAE’s economic diversification and green economy goals. International participation will feature ministers from Azerbaijan, Honduras, and Pakistan, who will highlight their countries’ strategies for inclusive and sustainable growth.

Shaker Zainal, Deputy CEO & Chief Business Officer at Emirates Development Bank, will talk about development finance institutions' role in supporting innovation and entrepreneurs. Boxer Amir Khan will discuss his global career, determination, personal investment, and youth empowerment. Patrice Evra, ex-Manchester United captain, will talk about his journey into entrepreneurship focused on mental health and social equality. Chris Knight of Financial Times Locations will examine global financial media trends and their impact on emerging markets.
Sharjah’s leadership will be central, featuring officials like Waleed AbdelRahman BuKhatir, Khalid Jasim Al Midfa, Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, Mohamed Juma Al Musharrkh, and Hussain Al Mahmoudi. They will highlight Sharjah’s strategic position and its focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, and diversification for sustainable growth. Organised by the Sharjah FDI Office with WAIPA and the UAE Ministry of Investment, SIF 2025 will host panels, sessions, and workshops to discuss economic growth, global trends, sustainability, and emerging sectors.
