His Highness underscored that these initiatives aim to foster a more tolerant and compassionate community, where every individual can thrive in an environment built on dignity and mutual respect.
Sheikh Mohammed delivered these remarks during the Mohammed bin Rashid Leadership Forum, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The forum brought together more than 1,000 leaders from Dubai’s government and private sectors for a day of specialised discussions, workshops, and strategic planning sessions focused on translating His Highness’s directives into measurable progress across various domains.
The forum was attended by senior members of Dubai’s ruling family and government, including His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council; His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai; His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority and Chairman of Emirates Airline and Group; Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture; and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
During the forum, Sheikh Mohammed reiterated his commitment to ensuring Dubai remains a global benchmark of excellence. He called on all officials to redouble their efforts, adopt clear performance indicators, and achieve rapid, measurable outcomes. His Highness emphasised that people are at the heart of all government decisions and that Dubai must be a city where families, children, the elderly, visitors, and businesspeople alike can find dignity, opportunity, and community.
Sheikh Mohammed highlighted that Dubai has always prioritised leadership and talent development. He stressed the importance of preparing new generations who are capable of responding to global changes, embracing innovation, and thinking ahead. According to His Highness, this proactive approach is vital to expanding Dubai’s social and economic influence on the global stage.
The forum, organised by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development, included five leadership councils focused on cultural and media identity, economic growth, future urban development, social cohesion, and digital transformation. The programme was designed to align with Sheikh Mohammed’s leadership philosophy of proactive decision-making, foresight, and human-centred governance.
