SEWA’s scholarship prog partake in University Majors Fair 2025

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) is excited to be part of the upcoming University Majors Fair, which will take place from September 22 to 25, 2025, at the Sharjah Book Authority headquarters. The event is organized by Sharjah Public Libraries and will run daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

During the fair, local and international universities will showcase their programs over four days. September 22-23 is for female students, September 24 for male students, and September 25 for students from international schools.

The fair targets high school students, parents, and others interested in higher education. SEWA's involvement reflects its commitment to supporting Emirati students with valuable educational opportunities aligned with job market needs.

Amna Al Owais, who leads the Scholarship Program at SEWA, has highlighted the importance of the event. She believes that investing in young people is essential, as they are the future of Sharjah and the UAE. Through the scholarship program, SEWA aims to help students attend excellent universities, allowing them to contribute positively to building a sustainable future.

The University Majors Fair will be an interactive space for students to explore various academic and career paths. It will include workshops and guidance sessions to help them develop skills and plan for their futures.
