Guatemala ambassador emphasises cultural exchange at IGCF 2025

Sharjah 24: His Excellency Jorge Archila, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Guatemala to the UAE, expressed his enthusiasm for participating in the 14th edition of the International Government Communication Forum (IGCF), organised by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau on September 10–11 at Expo Centre Sharjah under the theme "Communication for Quality of Life."

“I’m truly excited to be part of this important forum,” he said. “I thank the government of Sharjah for creating this platform where we can come together as a community, share our cultures, and explore the many similarities we share. Events like this offer an ideal space for meaningful dialogue and collaboration.”

His Excellency added that he looked forward to joining a panel discussion alongside His Excellency Sheikh Fahim Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Government Relations, where he would speak about Guatemala’s experiences, how the country navigates its challenges, and the importance of sharing knowledge between communities. “This is a valuable opportunity to strengthen ties and learn from one another,” he concluded.
