113 Palestinians martyred in 24 hours amid Israeli assault

Sharjah 24 – KUNA: Gaza health authorities reported that 113 Palestinians were martyred and 637 others injured in the past 24 hours due to continued Israeli occupation aggression. The latest toll underscores the ongoing humanitarian crisis in the region.

Victims trapped under rubble

Officials noted that many victims remain unreachable by rescue and medical teams, either trapped under collapsed buildings or stranded on inaccessible roads, further complicating relief efforts.

Total casualties since October 2023

Since the escalation began on October 7, 2023, the cumulative death toll in Gaza has reached 60,034, with 145,870 people reported injured.

Rising deaths from hunger

Medical reports also revealed that 22 individuals were martyred and 199 injured while waiting for humanitarian aid in northern Gaza. This brings the total number of hunger-related deaths to 1,179 and injuries to 7,957, highlighting the dire living conditions in the area.
