Sharjah 24 – QNA: Five Palestinians were killed and 17 others injured in an Israeli airstrike that hit a police station on Rashid Street, west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.

Casualties transferred to field hospital

The organization said its teams transported the dead and wounded to a field hospital in the Al-Mawasi area, west of the city.

Police station targeted, officials say

The Gaza Police Directorate confirmed that Israeli warplanes struck a police facility west of Khan Younis, resulting in multiple casualties.

Escalation of strikes across Gaza

In recent days, airstrikes and shelling across the Gaza Strip have intensified, with residential areas, displaced persons’ shelters, and homes reportedly among the targets, leading to further deaths and injuries.
