Chaired by Saeed Mohammed Al Aamel, the committee meeting took place at the club headquarters, with participation from committee members and technical staff, including handball supervisor Saeed Al Khalidi and administrator Saeed Al Jarn. Also present were Ali Mohammed bin Yarouf Al Naqbi, General Secretary, and Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi, Chair of the Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence Committee—highlighting the significance of the gathering and the club’s commitment to unified planning across technical and administrative departments.
The committee reviewed the technical and administrative report for the men’s handball team from the 2024–2025 season, reflecting on notable achievements and challenges—both technical and logistical—and evaluating the overall performance of the coaching staff and players.
Discussions covered key recommendations, such as strengthening physical and technical training programmes, expanding the youth player base, and maintaining administrative and technical stability. The committee also stressed the importance of enhancing training quality and rehabilitation systems, in line with the club’s goal of achieving competitive success in the upcoming season.
Saeed Mohammed Al Aamel emphasised the need for unified efforts and creating an optimal environment for the team. He underlined the importance of logistical and technical support for all departments and monitoring training programme execution using clear performance indicators. He also praised the continuous support of His Excellency Dr Mohammed Al Matoua, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Club, whose encouragement has played a vital role in energising the committees and advancing the club’s success in team sports—especially handball, which holds a distinguished place in the club’s history.
