"Investment Dock": A new platform connecting entrep. with Invs.

Sharjah24: To help young startups get into the job market, Her Excellency Sara Abdulaziz Al Nuaimi, CEO of Sharjah Entrepreneurship Centre (Sheraa) announced the first-ever “Investment Dock” event in Sharjah. Hosted at Sheraa’s headquarters, the event brings early-stage startups face-to-face with investors in private sessions, giving them a real chance to secure funding.

Connecting Startups and Investors

Al Nuaimi told “Sharjah24” that the event drew several promising startups already working with Sheraa. She also shared news of a new partnership with Continuous Ventures, a company that invests in early-stage businesses, to help these startups find the funding they need to grow and expand into new markets.

Supporting Startup Growth

She emphasised that the event is in line with Sheraa’s vision of fostering an environment that enables entrepreneurs to secure capital through focused one-on-one sessions, connecting company founders with investors and bridging the gap between innovation and funding. She announced that "Investment Dock" will serve as a consistent meeting point for all participants in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, while " Sheraa " will persist in developing innovative platforms and programs aimed at accelerating startup growth and positioning Sharjah as a regional center for empowering entrepreneurs.
