Sharjah and Kalba Clubs Win UAE Judo Championship

Sharjah24: The UAE Judo Federation wrapped up the UAE Championship by naming Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club and Kalba Club as champions in the juniors and cadets categories. Fujairah Martial Arts Club won the overall excellence cup for the 2024–2025 season.

The tournament, held on Saturday at the Federation Hall in Bani Yas East, featured under-18 competitions in both cadet and junior divisions.

Medal Winners

Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club won nine medals: four gold, one silver, and four bronze. Kalba Club took home ten medals, including four gold, three silver, and three bronze. The Kalba Women’s Sports Team excelled in the under-15 and under-18 women’s categories, winning nine gold medals.

Winners were recognized by Mohammed Jassim, Assistant Secretary-General, and Issa bin Huwaiden, a board member.
