The agreement was signed in the presence of Brigadier General Dr. Ahmed Saeed Al Naour, Director General of the Central Operations at Sharjah Police, and Ali Mousa, Senior Director of the Commercial Sector at EMX. The event was also attended by several officers and officials from both organisations.
Brigadier General Al Naour emphasised that this partnership reflects Sharjah Police’s dedication to strengthening collaboration with strategic partners. He highlighted that the initiative supports the delivery of smart services that meet customer expectations and align with the UAE government’s objective to offer effective and sustainable public services.
According to the agreement, Emirates Post will be responsible for delivering official vehicle documents and driving licences to customers at their designated addresses within a predetermined timeframe. The service will adhere to the highest quality standards, helping to reduce in-person visits to service centres. It also supports Sharjah Police’s goal of providing proactive, sustainable services that contribute to improving quality of life across the community.
Mr Ali Mousa expressed his pride in expanding cooperation with Sharjah Police and reiterated Emirates Post Group – EMX’s commitment to supporting government entities. He affirmed the company’s dedication to enhancing operational efficiency and service excellence through innovative and collaborative efforts.
