Sharjah 24: Brigadier General Ibrahim Musabah Al Ajel, Director General of the General Department of Comprehensive Police Stations, visited the Central Region Police Department to review security updates, monitor workflow, and advance procedural development in the region's comprehensive police stations. This visit was part of Sharjah Police's ongoing efforts to monitor performance and improve policing standards.

The director of the Central Region Police Department, Brigadier General Humaid Saeed Al Jallaf; the deputy director, Colonel Khalifa Musabah Al Khasouni; the head of the Al Dhaid Comprehensive Police Station, Colonel Salem Masoud Al Tunaiji; and a number of department branch officers were present at the visit.

Strategic guidance

Brigadier General Al Ajel spoke to officers during the visit's opening inspection of the department's staff parade, urging them to provide better public service and stressing the value of carrying out operational plans, taking advantage of improvement opportunities, and introducing this year's major initiatives.

 Evaluation of services

To evaluate the quality of the services provided and make sure that the inmates' fundamental requirements are satisfied in accordance with human rights norms, he visited the institution. To increase the effectiveness of answering questions, he also went to the Customer Happiness Centre to evaluate performance metrics and best practices. 

Security Issues

The Director-General emphasised the importance of identifying critical concerns and strengthening response tactics while reviewing the types of cases and security challenges managed by the agency. To meet and surpass public expectations, he advocated for a stronger emphasis on service quality through integrated solutions.
