Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, the Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and the Chairman of the Institutional Excellence Award (Tamayuz), expressed gratitude to all the organizations involved in the first edition of the award. Their participation demonstrates their dedication to enhancing performance, striving for excellence, and delivering improved services across various areas.

During a brainstorming session for the "Tamayuz" Institutional Excellence Award, His Highness attended a meeting at City Centre Al Zahia. This event also included His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, the Deputy Chairman of the Department of Oil, along with various officials from organizations led by His Highness. During the session, His Highness congratulated several leaders who had earned the trust of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member the Ruler of Sharjah, which led to their promotions. His Highness expressed his best wishes for their success in running their institutions and fulfilling the goals set by the wise leadership. 

His Highness emphasized that the main aim of this award is to inspire organizations to enhance their performance and achieve excellence. His Highness mentioned that the brainstorming session is an opportunity to collect fresh ideas and suggestions, as well as to receive valuable feedback that can help improve the award. This involves examining its different categories and criteria, while also acknowledging what is working well and where there is room for improvement. 

His Highness pointed out that there are many paths, but the goal is one: to achieve institutional excellence.
