Sharjah24: In a move to enhance service quality and ease operational procedures, the Sharjah Fish Resources Authority has launched a mobile fuel station at Al Luluyah Port, operated by ADNOC. The station began operating on Thursday, 1 May 2025.

Daily service to meet growing demand

The mobile unit will provide fuelling services to vehicles, workers, and port visitors from 8:00 AM to midnight every day. This initiative is expected to improve operational efficiency, saving both time and effort for users.

Supporting fishermen through innovation

His Excellency Ali Ahmed Abughazayain, Chairman of the Authority, stated that the Authority is committed to delivering innovative solutions that cater to the needs of fishermen. The partnership with ADNOC is a tangible step in providing essential services as part of a wider strategy to develop robust infrastructure for the fisheries sector and maximise efficiency.

Part of broader development vision

The Authority affirmed that this initiative is one among several developmental projects aimed at raising service standards in the sector. It aligns with national ambitions and the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
