Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has issued an Emiri Decree regarding the promotion and appointment of a Director General for Sharjah Media City – Free Zone Authority (Shams).
The decree stipulates that His Excellency Rashid Abdullah Al Obad is promoted to the rank of Director General under the special job grade system of the Government of Sharjah, and is appointed as Director General of Sharjah Media City – Free Zone Authority (Shams), effective from the date of issuance of this decree.
