UAE strongly condemns terrorist attack in Jammu and Kashmir

Sharjah 24 – WAM: The United Arab Emirates has issued a strong condemnation of the recent terrorist attack that targeted tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, which led to dozens of deaths and injuries among innocent civilians.

Firm rejection of violence and terrorism

In an official statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reiterated the country’s firm stance against all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to destabilise security and peace, emphasizing that such acts are in clear violation of international law.

Condolences and solidarity with India

The Ministry extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the government and people of India, as well as to the families of the victims. It also expressed wishes for a speedy recovery to those injured in the attack.
