In the recurve under-12 category, Alya Al Shar’a won gold, followed by Ilma Serji with silver, and Salama Al Ali taking bronze.
In the compound under-12 category, Salma Al Suwaidi claimed gold, Alia Al Shamsi secured silver, and Mouza Al Shamsi earned bronze.
In the under-15 category, Samia Odineva took silver and Muna Al Shar’a bronze in the recurve category, while Massa Al Darous earned bronze in the compound division.
In the under-18 events, Nora Al Mazmi took silver and Sara Al Bloushi won bronze in the recurve, while Sara Al Mazmi excelled in the compound category, clinching the gold.
In the women’s recurve division, Hessa Al Awadhi dominated the field to take gold, followed by Sniehal Devkar with silver and Maha Al Hosani with bronze.
In the compound women’s category, Amina Al Awadhi continued her winning streak with a gold medal, while Rawdha Al Awadhi added to the tally with a bronze.
Mai Al Amri, Deputy Director of Sharjah Women’s Sports Club, expressed her pride in the team’s achievement at the league’s close:
"Winning 17 medals in the final round is a true reflection of our athletes’ commitment and is the culmination of an entire season of dedicated effort," she said.
"We strongly believe in supporting our players both technically and mentally, and we’re committed to creating an environment that empowers them to shine locally and prepare professionally for international competitions."
She concluded by thanking the coaching staff, parents, and everyone who contributed to the team’s success, affirming the club’s ongoing investment in nurturing champions who can proudly represent the UAE.
Elena Lapsina, head coach of the archery team at Sharjah Women’s Sports Club, affirmed that the team ended the domestic season on a high note with an exceptional performance in the UAE League finale. The team earned 17 medals in total: 5 golds, 5 silvers, and 7 bronzes—an outcome that speaks volumes about the athletes’ dedication and rising calibre on the national stage.
“As we close the chapter on this local season, we’re entering the international arena with confidence and ambition,” she said. “We’re proud of our players and the teamwork that led to these results. Our gratitude goes out to the technical and administrative staff, the families, and everyone who supported us.”
She also extended her thanks to the Centre for Scientific Research and Sports Performance Development and the Sports Medicine Centre at the Sharjah Women’s Sports Foundation, highlighting their vital role in enhancing the team’s physical and technical preparedness.
