Sharjah 24: Sharjah Youth, part of the Rubu’ Qarn organization dedicated to nurturing future leaders and innovators, has launched the "Ramadaniyat Rubu' Qarn" campaign, now in its fourth year. This initiative, taking place at eight centers around Sharjah during Ramadan, has engaged about 900 young people aged 13 to 18, along with community members.

The festival created a lively atmosphere where learning, fun, and community participation came together. Sharjah Youth aimed to make the best use of participants' time by teaching important values, developing various skills, and encouraging creativity through enjoyable Ramadan activities that promote faith and strengthen family connections.

This year's event was packed with exciting and diverse offerings, featuring 46 different activities. These included sports competitions, cultural events, art workshops, and science-related programs, all designed to help participants explore their talents and improve their skills. From futsal and swimming competitions to reading sessions and robotics workshops, there was something for everyone.

A highlight of this year's festival was the launch of a social responsibility campaign called "From Youth to the People of Sharjah," with the theme "Closer Than You Think." This campaign encouraged young people to spend meaningful time with their families, enhance their social skills, and strengthen communication between different generations. It also included engaging activities across Sharjah and cultural competitions, along with interactive fun on social media.

As part of the "Tamajaj" (mingling) initiative , participants also helped distribute Iftar meals to those fasting, working alongside the Sharjah Charity International and local organizations. This effort fostered solidarity and unity among the community.

Additionally, the festival included the "Fawala Cultural" competition, which allowed members and their parents to interact and bond. The "Ramadan Bag" initiative offered a journey through inspiring stories and challenges, creating an immersive Ramadan experience that promoted positive values and generosity.

One of the standout features was a photo exhibition showcasing the best works from participants in photography and fine arts. These initiatives highlight Sharjah Youth's dedication to creating an encouraging environment where young people can thrive, develop their abilities, and embrace their cultural identity while preparing to shape the future.
