According to Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni, chairman of the Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club, eight teams from various government and commercial organisations competed in the competition, which drew a lot of interest from both spectators and participants.
In a statement to Sharjah 24, Al-Khasouni said the competition met its objectives of developing partnerships between institutions in the Central Region and fostering social bonds among locals.
He also stated that the competition was part of the larger Ramadan Forum, which includes activities like the Mleiha Ramadan Competition, the Holy Quran Competition, the "Read and Rise" programme, religious talks, and Mleiha Ramadan Tales.
At the tournament's completion, Mohammed Sultan Al-Khasouni crowned the Sharjah Civil Defence squad victors, with Al Dhaid Municipality in second place and Mleiha Municipality in third.
