Khalid Al Midfa meets Ajax delegation. to develop SC’s skills

The Ajax delegation consisted of the technical director, the director of the Ajax Academy, and the director of football, as well as the technical director of the Sharjah Football Academy and the academy director.

Throughout the visit, extensive sessions were held to review the most recent tactics for developing young players, talent discovery programs, and best practices in player training and support.

The conversations also focused on improving the academy's technical and administrative components, as well as using Dutch experience in developing elite football players.T

his visit is one of a number of developmental projects planned by Sharjah Club as part of its aim to enhance grassroots football and strengthen its position as a premier sports destination in the area.
