Sharjah wins Junior Handball League for tenth time in a row

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Club's Junior Handball Team has once again triumphed in the Junior League Championship for the 2024-2025 sports season, securing an undefeated record. This marks the team's tenth consecutive win and the eighteenth in the club’s history.

Victory over Kalba

The title was clinched after a commanding 36-17 victory over Kalba’s junior team on Friday evening at Sharjah Sports Club Hall, during the seventeenth round of the final competition.

Award ceremony

His Excellency Nabil bin Ashour, Chairman of the UAE Handball Federation, awarded the winning Sharjah team with the league shield and gold medals, while Kalba received silver medals.

The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Khalid Issa Al Midfa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Sports Club, and His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Al Hossan, Member of the Board of Directors of Sharjah Club and Head of the Group Games Department.
