Milan triumphed in a fierce three-way race with Belgian riders Tim Merlier and Jasper Philipsen. The stage covered 181 km, finishing in Umm Al Quwain after a sprint in the final moments. Milan completed the stage in 4:03:01 hours, narrowly outpacing Merlier, the European champion, and Philipsen, with Fernando Gaviria finishing fourth.
Despite the intense competition, Slovenian Tadej Pogacar of Emirates XRG Team maintained the overall lead, 18 seconds ahead of British rider Joshua Tarling. Pogacar's position remained unchanged, supported by his team.
Jonathan Milan's stage win earned him the green jersey for points leadership, with 41 points, 8 ahead of Pogacar. British Joshua Tarling continued to wear the white jersey for the best young rider, while Dordi Juric claimed the black jersey for medium-speed leader.
