SSSD signs agreement with Sharjah Collection

Sharjah 24: The Community Cohesion Department at the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Sharjah Collection, as part of the “Aman” agreements related to urgent intervention, crisis and emergency situations, and providing in-kind and service support.

To support and enhance social responsibility

The agreement came from the keenness of both parties to support and enhance social responsibility, and to achieve the concept of partnership between the government sector and the private sector with the aim of unifying efforts to serve the community in general and members of the Sharjah Social Services Department in particular, in order to strive to serve this needy segment of society during urgent intervention situations, crisis and emergency situations to improve the quality of life for residents of the Emirate, as the will of both parties came together to achieve a responsible social partnership with steady steps and effective visions, represented in this agreement.

The agreement was signed by Hessa Al Hammadi, Director of the Community Cohesion Department, and Ahmed Ben Zaied, General Manager of the Sharjah Collection, which includes several hotels.

Cooperation

Based on the agreement, the two sides will cooperate to achieve several goals, including providing social support and solidarity with the cases benefiting from the department as they are priority cases for social care, raising their standard of living and improving their quality of life during urgent interventions, crises and disasters, supporting partnership efforts to achieve community development in Sharjah, and enhancing and consolidating human values and charitable works in society.
