SDHR holds development forum to enhance performance

Sharjah24: Sharjah Department of Human Resources (SDHR) held a forum for its departments at the House of Wisdom, attended by His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah and Chairman of SDHR, along with department directors and section heads. The aim was to discuss institutional performance strategies and review operational objectives for 2025.

The forum focused on enhancing the foundations of effective communication to achieve institutional integration. Participants reviewed past performance experiences and future work plans, emphasising the importance of continuous development and investing in human competencies to achieve institutional excellence. Discussions included mechanisms for improving teamwork and enhancing the quality of services provided in line with the department's vision and strategic goals.

At the conclusion of the forum, His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi honored the Performance Evaluation Management Team in recognition of their outstanding efforts in organizing awareness workshops related to the performance evaluation system.
