Sharjah24: Rasha Al Ali, Head of the Qualification Department at the Sharjah Human Resources Department, announced the launch of administrative awareness and job discipline workshops as part of the Sharjah Program to qualify and train the 2nd batch of job seekers across various cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah on Monday.

Strategic Empowerment Step

Rasha Al Ali stated that the second batch of the Sharjah Program for qualifying and training job seekers comprises 788 trainees from various cities and regions across the emirate. She emphasised that this initiative goes beyond simple training, describing it as a strategic move to empower national talent.

Confident Workforce Readiness

In statements to "Sharjah24", Al Ali pointed out that the program equips trainees to confidently enter the labour market through comprehensive theoretical and practical training over six continuous months of development. She added, "We are confident that this batch will produce promising young individuals capable of contributing to various sectors, reflecting Sharjah’s vision of investing in people first."

Workshops Across Sharjah

The training workshops are being held in five locations across Sharjah: Qasr Al Culture, the Human Resources Department branch in Mleiha, the Cultural Centre Theater in Khorfakkan, Kalba University Theater, and the Cultural Center Theater in Dibba Al Hisn.
