Discussions encompassed assessing customer satisfaction with auction services and identifying methods to surpass their expectations, enhancing the vehicle impound system and its related services, and delivering a more streamlined and effective experience for citizens and residents. The attendees also examined strategies to enhance overall performance and tailor services to effectively address the community's needs.
At the end of the meeting, Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer highlighted that providing services to the highest standards continues to be a priority for Sharjah Police. He emphasised that enhancing the customer experience is central to police work and assured us that all efforts will remain dedicated to achieving excellence in service quality.
