Mohammed Hussein: 22 int’l artists at UOSs UNESCO Art Forum

Sharjah 24: Mohammed Hussein, who is responsible of fine arts at the University of Sharjah (UOS) explained that the art forum, which is organised by the university in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), is attended by 22 artists from all over the world, and includes workshops between artists and university students for 9 days, with the final day being for displaying projects at the College of Fine Arts and Design at the UOS.

ِArtists transfering experience to students

He added, in statements to "Sharjah 24", that the aim of the forum is to meet artists of different nationalities to transfer experience to students, with the presence of the international artist Sacha Jafri, who presented a workshop to the students, and his works are displayed at the closing ceremony, noting that the exhibition witnesses the participation of the artist Moza Abdullah, who has special needs and is affiliated with the Art for All Centre affiliated with the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services.
