Sharjah24: Under the patronage of Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, the annual Customer Happiness Awards Ceremony was organised by Sharjah Police. The Strategy and Corporate Excellence Department hosted an event to honour notable achievements in customer satisfaction. Among the attendees were senior officials, department heads, leaders of Customer Happiness Centers, and a total of 277 respected police personnel.

A Vision of Happiness

The ceremony began with the national anthem, after which Major General Bin Amer delivered a speech highlighting the strength of Sharjah Police, crediting it to its qualified workforce. He emphasized that happiness serves as a strategic approach integrated into their operations, reflected government priorities. He reiterated the organisation's dedication to implementing best practices aimed at consistently providing services that surpass public expectations.

Honouring Exceptional Achievements

During the event, top-performing service centers and teams were honored for their exceptional performance in achieving national and police-related indicators. Awards have been presented to individuals who distinguished themselves in the secret shopper evaluations, highlighting their commitment to improving service quality and elevating customer experience.

Promoting Ongoing Development

During his closing remarks, the Commander-in-Chief conveyed heartfelt appreciation for the committed teams and police personnel stationed at the service centers. He commended their outstanding efforts and urged them to keep going in their pursuit of institutional excellence across all facets of police work, bolstering the security framework and establishing new benchmarks for operational success.
