AUS celebrates achievements of distinguished graduates

Sharjah 24: Reem Bardan, Executive Director of the Office of Advancement and Alumni Affairs at the American University of Sharjah (AUS), confirmed that the university is celebrating the distinguished achievements of graduates who have become symbols of leadership and creativity in the community, on Saturday, at the university’s headquarters.

20,400 graduates

She said that the university is celebrating tonight an elite group of graduates, numbering 20,400 graduates from various disciplines and countries. The ceremony focuses on giving back to graduates, partners, and sponsors, whether in terms of financial or moral support.

Various activities

She indicated that the ceremony includes various activities, some of which are recreational, and others are educational through discussion sessions with university graduates who have reached prestigious positions and assumed the presidency of various companies.

Competition for the best environmental sustainability project

She added that the ceremony includes a competition for the best environmental sustainability project, where the winner of this competition will receive a generous prize, which is a car, especially since the university won first place among universities in the United Arab Emirates in the QS World Sustainability Ranking in 2025.
