Sharjah Mun honor rental dispute resolution cmte former members

The honoring ceremony gathered several distinguished guests, including Salem Ali Al Muhairi, the Chairman of the Sharjah Municipal Council; Judge Dr. Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Judicial Department; and Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, the Director General of Sharjah Municipality. A number of other officials from both the Municipal Council and the Municipality were also in attendance.

Salem Al Muhairi emphasized that this honor reflects the Municipal Council's and Sharjah Municipality's commitment to prioritizing the human element. This approach aligns with the visions and directives set forth by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah. He believes that recognizing the importance of individuals is crucial for fostering construction and development, as they represent the fundamental building blocks in shaping society and serving the nation.

Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji expressed gratitude for the hard work of former members of the Rental Dispute Resolution Committees. He highlighted their significant contributions over the years, emphasizing their role in enhancing and modernizing services. Their efforts have helped implement systems and laws that elevate the status of Sharjah, ensuring that residents receive the best services effortlessly. Additionally, they played a crucial role in resolving rental disputes and embracing digital transformation to streamline case management for all parties involved.

Al Tunaiji highlighted that the distinguished members made significant contributions that enhanced the municipality's role in providing an exceptional experience for customers. This was especially evident with the advancements made in the remote litigation process, which improved communication and helped to bridge distances during sessions. Participants could now attend from any location, overcoming various challenges, addressing numerous urgent cases, and taking necessary actions in record time.
