Sharjah 24 – WAM: His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, visited the 30th edition of the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition (DUPHAT 2025), held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The event, which features participation from over 101 countries, is one of the leading pharmaceutical events globally.

DUPHAT 2025: A key platform for pharmaceutical innovation

DUPHAT serves as a significant platform for pharmaceutical manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers to showcase the latest innovations and advanced solutions in pharmacy, technology, and medicine. During his visit, His Highness toured the exhibition with Ambassador Dr. Abdulsalam AlMadani and explored various country pavilions, discussing the latest pharmaceutical products and technologies.

Launch of DUPHAT Pharmaceutical College

As part of his visit, Sheikh Saif bin Zayed witnessed the launch of the DUPHAT Pharmaceutical College, a collaboration between the Abdulsalam AlMadani Global Education Centre and UCAM University in Spain. The college will offer a range of programs, including doctorates, master's degrees, and executive courses, aimed at advancing pharmaceutical science and research.

DUPHAT 2025: Key features and expansions

DUPHAT 2025 hosts 1,400 exhibiting companies and 155 specialized speakers, with 130 scientific sessions and 9 workshops. The event also includes 400 scientific posters presented by university students showcasing the latest medical research. New for this year is "VitaShow Dubai," focusing on innovations in dietary supplements, bringing together over 275 global brands.

International collaboration and education

DUPHAT 2025 is accredited by numerous international organizations, including the American Pharmacists Association and the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy. The exhibition features prominent pavilions from countries such as Poland, China, and Turkey, showcasing cutting-edge technologies and promoting global commercial collaboration.
