Sharjah24: Sharjah Ladies Club recently completed the six-month “Preparing Leaders for the Future” programme, involving 25 male and female employees from the club and its branches. The programme aimed to enhance leadership and decision-making skills, emphasizing the value of investing in human resources to achieve strategic goals and enabling employees to efficiently take on responsibilities.

The program successfully met its objectives by focusing on the self-development of trainees and enhancing teamwork, aiming to prepare future leaders. Participants showed excellent performance and developed 25 innovative projects centered on return on investment principles to boost revenues, reduce costs, and improve resource efficiency. Additionally, the program improved their presentation, speaking, and problem-solving skills, boosting their confidence and motivation for success.

Graduates universally acknowledged the value of the training program, commending its innovative and effective approach to information delivery. This method not only empowered participants to recognize and improve their weaknesses but also sparked their enthusiasm to put their newly acquired skills into practice. They underscored the necessity of incorporating return on investment principles in all future courses to ensure ongoing success for the club and its branches.

Khawla Al Serkal, Director General of Sharjah Ladies Club, congratulated employees on completing a distinguished training program that prepares them to be future leaders. She emphasized that their career advancement stems from hard work and determination, and expressed gratitude to Transform Alliance Management Consultancy, particularly Farzana Majid and James Meltz, for their crucial support in the program's success.

Al Sarkal stated that appreciation is extended to all who contributed to the success of the program, particularly the department and section managers for their support and encouragement of the trainees. This initiative aligns with the club’s objectives and directives, under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, President of Sharjah Ladies Club, focusing on skill enhancement, leadership preparation, and incorporating the concept of return on investment to achieve success and promote future growth.

Aisha Bahyan, Director of Human Resources, highlighted the accomplishments of the trainees and noted that the program has equipped employees with essential knowledge and skills in leadership, strategic planning, and the implementation of initiatives. She stated, “The participants have developed leadership skills that are expected to enhance the strength and efficiency of the club’s leadership team. This program provides a valuable opportunity for employees, and its potential impact on the work environment at the club and its branches will be closely observed.”

Building on the remarkable success of the “Preparing Leaders for the Future” program, which significantly enhanced the leadership skills of its participants and achieved key objectives, the club plans to roll out a second session specifically tailored for direct managers. This upcoming session is anticipated to yield even greater success and positive outcomes, further bolstering the club’s pursuit of sustainable growth and fostering an innovative and supportive workplace. The club aims to continue being a sanctuary for its female employees and a launching pad for the success of Emirati women.
