Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Member of the Sharjah Executive Council, Chairman of the Human Resources Department, and Chairman of the Organisational Structures Committee, chaired the committee's periodic meeting with its members.

The meeting discussed several important agenda items.

Review of Sharjah Documents House structure

The committee focused on reviewing the organisational structure of the Sharjah Documents House, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Documents House (DH), and His Excellency Salah Salem Al Mahmoud, Director General of the Documents House, were present to discuss the general tasks and competencies of the House. They emphasised distributing responsibilities across departments and sections to improve efficiency and work performance.

Review of Sharjah International Airport Authority structure

The committee also reviewed the organizational structure of the Sharjah International Airport Authority (SIAA). His Excellency Ali Salem Al Midfa, Chairman of the Authority, and Sheikh Faisal bin Saud Al Qasimi, Director of the Authority, participated in the discussion. They addressed the distribution of tasks and competencies within the airport’s departments to enhance government performance and improve airport services.
