Sharjah 24: Abdulaziz Al Jarwan, Director of Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority (SRTA) for Transport Affairs, announced the launch of an interactive platform by the Authority to display its services, enhancing communication with the public, listening to their comments, and informing them of the latest services provided, over the course of 3 days at Al Zahia City Centre in Sharjah.
Abdulaziz Al Jarwan stressed the Authority's keenness to communicate with the public and listen to their comments to improve the services provided, and inform the public of the most prominent services provided on its electronic platforms.
Al Jarwan revealed in statements to "Sharjah 24" the latest interactive programme launched by the Authority, which is the "Tareq" service, via phone to respond to inquiries or complaints or provide services within 24 hours.
