Sharjah24: Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, has officially announced the commencement of the fifth edition of the Scientific Research Award, an initiative organised by the Sharjah Police Science Academy (SPSA).
The award seeks to enhance competition and cultivate a culture of scientific research among experts throughout the UAE, the Arab world, and beyond.
In an interview with “Sharjah24”, Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer conveyed optimism that this year's edition would enhance the achievements of past events by drawing in exceptional talents and creative input to advance the realm of scientific research.
He highlighted that the award brings substantial advantages to the UAE and the Emirate of Sharjah, receiving extensive acknowledgement on local, regional, and international levels. He emphasised the significant impact of the award in promoting advancements in policing and security, showcasing how valuable research and studies have been effectively utilised by Sharjah Police and its associated departments.
