Sharjah 24: Shabab Al Ahli secured its spot in the round of 16 of the AFC Champions League 2 after defeating Uzbekistan's Nasaf 3-2 today, Wednesday, at Rashid Stadium in Dubai.
The win, in the final group stage match, allowed Shabab Al Ahli to top Group 4 with 13 points.
Matheus Santos and Sardar Azmoun scored for Shabab Al Ahli in the 32nd, 34th, and 32nd minutes respectively. Nasaf’s goals came from Akmal Mozgovoy in the 30th minute and Zoran Marusic in the 45th minute.
