Sharjah24: Khorfakkan Amphitheatre witnessed an exceptional artistic evening in celebration of the 53rd Eid Al Etihad, organised by the Sharjah Emirate Committee for Eid Al Etihad Celebrations.
The event brought together the authentic Emirati heritage and the brilliance of Gulf music, featuring the UAE's leading artist, Mehad Hamad, and the talented artist Mutref Al Mutref, in a night that immortalized love for the nation and strengthened the sense of belonging.
Gulf Touches Adorn the Event
The Kuwaiti artist Mutref Al Mutref appeared before his audience with the UAE national anthem in an atmosphere that elevated hearts and instilled pride and belonging, making the anthem a spirit that unites hearts and revives the flame of love for the beloved Emirates.
He continued his Gulf musical performance with a blend of deep emotions and authentic melodies, presenting his finest songs to the audience, including "Labeih Ya Fu'adi," "Ya Noor Al Ain," and his famous songs like "Gharam Awal Ashq" and "Fahmuhu."
Mehad Hamad then appeared before the Khorfakkan audience with the lyrics of a poem by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, "Shagnee Thak Al Mohaya ," which he sang with his poignant voice, filling the atmosphere of the event with the essence of poetry and creativity. He followed this with a set of his famous songs that lit up the sky of Khorfakkan with splendor and joy on Eid Al Etihad .

Mehad Hamad took the audience on a musical journey through stations of patriotism and emotions, presenting a bouquet of his timeless songs, including "Fakrek Ma'ay" that captivated the audience with its sweetness, followed by "Shuft Barqan Lah" that made the stands sway to its rhythm, and with the song "Aheb Al Barr Wal Mazayoun," the audience immersed themselves in a melancholic atmosphere.
The talented artist concluded his patriotic evening with "Allah Ya Dar Zayed," summarizing love for the nation in words that touched the hearts, continuing his brilliance with "Tayr Al Hamami" and "Mujabb wa Mukthir Mujabbink."
The national evening in Khorfakkan shone brightly with the presence of the oud, brought by Mehad Hamad, enchanting the audience with traditional songs in their authentic Emirati lyrics, evoking the beauty of traditional melodies and memories of the good old days as he performed songs like "Ya Waleef Al Rouh" and "Hala Bieudatik Ya Badr Al Budur."
