Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club hosted a special celebration to mark the 53rd Eid Al Etihad, attended by dignitaries, government officials, and club members, along with a large audience of employees, players, coaches, and administrators.
The event featured a national operetta titled "Ahd Al Dar," creatively portraying the UAE's history, from the founding of the nation by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan to the country's remarkable achievements. The operetta highlighted the ancestors' struggles, the life of Bedouins, and Sheikh Zayed's transformation of the desert into lush green landscapes. It also showcased the UAE's progress, from oil discovery to launching its satellite, emphasising its position as a global leader in development, tolerance, and coexistence.
Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, congratulated the leadership and people of the UAE on this significant occasion, expressing pride in the nation's progress and unity.
The celebration ended with a sense of pride and solidarity, reflecting the strong community spirit in Dibba Al Hisn.
