Honouring Kalba Beach Games champions

Sharjah 24: Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Head of the Ruler's Office in Khorfakkan, honoured the champions of judo, obstacle course, and wrestling at the fourth Kalba Beach Games.

The ceremony, which also featured a highly anticipated football match for third place, was attended by notable figures including Sheikh Mohsen bin Hani Al Baharani, Chairman of Al Amarat Club, and Abdul Malik Jani, Chairman of the Organising Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council.

In the football competition, Al Amarat claimed the bronze medal with a dominant 12–0 victory over Golden Touch.

Judo champions
The judo competition saw intense battles across various juvenile and junior weight categories, with medals awarded to top athletes in each division.
Wrestling champions
Under-17, Under-50 kg: Ali Butshev (1st), Ibrahim Masleh (2nd), Abdullah Yaqoub (3rd)
Under-60 kg: Mohammed Waleed (1st), Anas Al Qiwan (2nd), Hatem Yasser (3rd)
Under-70 kg: Abdul Rahman Ahmed (1st), Omar Salah (2nd), Abdul Karim Jumayev (3rd)
Under-80 kg: Yousef Mohammed (1st), Ahmed Saleh (2nd), Taha Abu Khenjar (3rd)
Basketball and volleyball highlights
Teams from Khorfakkan, Al Hamriyah, and several others qualified after nine games in the second round of the basketball 3×3 competition. Meanwhile, Kalba 1, Tornado, Al Amarat 1, and Al Amarat 2 advanced to the semi-finals of the volleyball knockout stage.
Boxing qualifications
Boxing qualifications were also held, with notable presence from Sultan Al Harmi, Deputy Chairman of the Technical Committee, and other board members of the UAE Boxing Federation.
