The third topic discussed empowering employees within the performance management system by enhancing individuals' capabilities and enabling them to make decisions and contribute effectively to work. This is considered a key element in building effective teams by investing in empowerment, enhancing performance, and fostering innovation in organizations to achieve sustainable success.
The fourth topic addressed forecasting and adopting future technological evaluation techniques, focusing on modifying the performance evaluation system to align with future requirements. This involves using new methods to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of evaluation processes. It also discussed the important role of technology and digital innovations in improving performance, delivering services, and developing employees' skills to better adapt to new changes.
During the session, the discussion platform showcased the SCAMPER technique, which is used to stimulate ideas and arrive at new innovations. Additionally, the UAE Government Leadership Model was presented, which aims to develop leadership skills and build the capacities of national talent in an innovative and effective manner.
The session concluded with several ideas and innovative solutions that were proposed and discussed for further study and application. This brainstorming session reflects the ongoing efforts of Sharjah Human Resources to enhance the sustainability and development of human resources in line with the aspirations for the coming phase.
Hessa Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Deputy Director of the Performance Evaluation System at the Sharjah Human Resources Department, emphasised the importance of organising brainstorming sessions as valuable platforms for exchanging views, presenting the latest ideas, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance performance and job evaluation. She praised the discussions and the fruitful outcomes resulting from the session, which contribute to improving results and achieving objectives.
