Sharjah 24: His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Human Resources Department and the Organisational Structures Committee, led a periodic meeting with committee members to discuss key organisational structures in Sharjah.
The committee examined the proposed organisational structure of the Sharjah Fish Resources Authority, with contributions from His Excellency Ali Ahmed Ali Abu Ghazin, Chairman of the Authority, and His Excellency Salem Al Mahrazi, its Director. Discussions focused on defining the authority's tasks and competencies, ensuring efficient departmental distribution to enhance performance and service delivery.
Additionally, the committee reviewed a proposal to develop the Sharjah Social Security Fund's structure, presented by His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Rashid Al Shamsi, Director General of the Fund. The proposed amendments aim to align with best practices and improve service quality.
His Excellency Abdullah Al Zaabi noted that the committee is currently evaluating over 15 new structures and proposals to enhance the efficiency of various departments and authorities.
