Sharjah24: The Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club (SERC) has successfully renewed four ISO certifications, demonstrating its dedication to quality and excellence.
The certifications encompass ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 10002:2018 for customer complaint management, ISO 10004:2018 for customer satisfaction measurement, and ISO 20121:2012 for sustainable event management.

Iqbal Khan, the Regional Director for Business Assurance in the Middle East at Intertek, awarded the certifications.
