Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club Individual Games Committee held its monthly meeting headed by Abdullah Al Watri, Board Member and Chairman of the Individual Games Committee, and attended by Hassan Subaian, Supervisor of Individual Games, in addition to the administrators and coaches concerned with the teams.
During the meeting, the committee praised the distinguished results achieved by the athletics, swimming and table tennis teams in the current sports season 2024-2025, which reflects the efforts of the players and coaches and their commitment to preparation and training.
The committee members discussed a number of technical and administrative matters related to the teams, where the overall performance of the teams and the results of past competitions were reviewed, stressing the importance of continuing this success and accomplishing more achievements.
Preparations for the upcoming races were also discussed, as a comprehensive plan was developed to ensure the readiness of the teams and provide all the necessary requirements to achieve good results.
The meeting also addressed the external audit visit, where the importance of achieving high performance standards to ensure the quality of training and management was discussed
The issue of job hierarchies within the club's structure was also mentioned, reflecting the committee's keenness to improve administrative and technical performance and provide the necessary support to the teams.
At the end of the meeting, the importance of teamwork and cooperation between all members to achieve the desired goals was emphasised, with new strategies being developed to enhance the level of sports performance in the club.
