Sharjah 24: Fatima Al Hammadi, Head of the Organising Committee for the Sharjah Government’s Participation in GITEX 2024, announced the launch of the second edition of the Digital Sharjah Portal with its new look, stressing that this project is an important step towards achieving its vision in the field of digital transformation, and its efforts to drive development and improve the efficiency of government services.
Al Hammadi added in exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24” that the portal has been completely redesigned with the aim of enhancing the customer experience and simplifying procedures through a unified portal that allows customers to access all government services easily and from one place. New services include the traffic file, vehicle services, and commercial licenses. An instant chat service supported by artificial intelligence has also been added, which facilitates access to reliable government information, in addition to providing services such as paying fees, reserving parking spaces, and other services.
At the end of her statement, she thanked all the parties and partners who contributed to turning this project into a tangible reality, stressing her eagerness to continue working together to accomplish more achievements in the future.
