Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Sailing Player Adel Khaled is participating in the European Open Championship, which will be hosted by the Portuguese city of Vilamoura from October 5 to 11, 2024.
Khaled expressed his readiness to compete for the top places in the European Championship, noting that the player had held a 5-day training camp in Portugal in preparation for the championship.
The player thanked His Excellency Humaid Al Shamsi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Hamriyah Club, and His Excellency Issa Hilal, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, for their continuous support and follow-up of all the championships in which he participates.
Adel Khaled confirmed that he is looking forward to raising the country's flag in Portugal, similar to the recent championships in Morocco, Sweden and Germany, where he was able to win 6 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze.
