Sharjah24 : Department of Housing, both at its main headquarters and branch in Khorfakkan, has been recognized as an 'Elderly-Friendly Institution' and was honored at the 13th Elderly Services Forum organized by the Sharjah Social Services Department as part of their celebration of International Day for Older Persons.
This ongoing recognition underscores the esteemed position the Department of Housing accords to senior citizens. This achievement continues a series of successes in this regard, following the previous win by the Kalba branch in the last cycle of the Elderly-Friendly Institutions initiative.
