Chairman of Sharjah Housing Dep. inspects ongoing projects

Sharjah24: As part of the Sharjah Housing Department's commitment to overseeing the implementation of government housing projects in accordance with the highest standards of quality and sustainability, Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Housing Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, conducted a field inspection of ongoing residential complex projects. He was accompanied by Eng. Salem Hamed Al Abdooli, Director of the Department, along with the project team.

Progress milestones

During the tour, Al Muhairi reviewed the latest updates on project progress and construction stages. He listened to the teams' detailed briefings about the current completion rates and the challenges they addressed within the scheduled timelines.

Large-scale residential projects

The Al Qutaina 1 residential complex includes 326 housing units, while Al Qutaina 3 offers 429 units, and the Al Shanouf 4 complex consists of 550 housing units. These projects are distinguished by their modern architectural designs that incorporate environmental and sustainability standards, along with integrated community facilities that meet the needs of Emirati families.
