The Al Qutaina 1 residential complex includes 326 housing units, while Al Qutaina 3 offers 429 units, and the Al Shanouf 4 complex consists of 550 housing units. These projects are distinguished by their modern architectural designs that incorporate environmental and sustainability standards, along with integrated community facilities that meet the needs of Emirati families.
His Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Butti Al Muhairi stressed the importance of adhering to top quality standards and discipline in carrying out the works within the designated schedules.
