Sharjah 24: Khaled Al Jallaf, Chairman of the Emirates Society for Arabic Calligraphy and Islamic Ornamentation, explained that the 11th Sharjah Calligraphy Forum brings together the world's calligraphers in Sharjah to present their most beautiful paintings, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
Khaled Al Jallaf, Chairman of the Emirates Society for Arabic Calligraphy and Islamic Ornamentation, stated that Sharjah Calligraphy Forum has contributed, since its first edition, to encouraging calligraphers at the local and international levels to improve their tools and search for the best they can offer during the forum to thank His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for the care he provides them, and this great interest in Arabic calligraphy that has restored their hopes.
Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24", Al Jallaf expressed his happiness at being honoured by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, during the opening of the 11th editiom of the forum, praising the Emirati calligraphers participating in the forum's general exhibition alongside international artists.
The Emirates Society for Arabic Calligraphy and Islamic Ornamentation presents the "In Love with the UAE" exhibition, which includes poetic texts and famous phrases describing the homeland and how it is loved.
