Sharjah24: The Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) has launched a new channel for refunding security deposits via Al Ansari Exchange, as part of its initiative to improve services and improve procedures.
This initiative is based on an agreement between SEWA and Al Ansari Exchange, allowing refunds to be processed through the exchange if the customer does not have an International Bank Account Number (IBAN). Customers are welcome to pick up their refunds at any time from Al Ansari Exchange branches.

Dr. Hussein Al Askar, Director of SEWA's Customer Service Department, highlighted the Authority's commitment to fulfilling the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aimed at improving procedures and delivering top-notch services to customers.

He added that this new channel for security deposit refunds will simplify procedures, save time and effort, enhancing trust in government services, and contributing to increasing customer satisfaction.
